In this document a brief map has been made using georeferenced data and the Onpe database of the first round to graph, at the district level, those places that voted for any of the 18 parties that were registered for the first electoral round. 
In this document, a brief analysis has been carried out regarding the evolution of people infected and deceased in Peru due to COVID-19, for which data from SINADEF and MINSA were used. 
This code has developed an introduction for the general public about what the Newton-Raphson algorithm implies, and an example of how to execute it in Pyhton.
